Consulting

You are a consultant who was given another task in your daily work. A company of a good reputation from the automotive industry has asked you to advise them on the next actions they need to take as far as business and future performance are concerned.

The income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and business segments of the company for the last three years are given below. You may choose any methods and ratios that you consider as best to base your final opinion on.

WHAT WE NEED IS:

  • Justification of your advice given to this company for a perspective of 3M, 6M and 12M
  • Explanation why you have chosen particular ratios and factors that you have based your opinion on
  • List of threats and opportunities you see in the company’s former performance as well as in the future
